Established in 1977, Wm. Whiteley Limited designs and manufactures interior & exterior signage, wayfinding and sign systems. Our end-to-end services include product design, wayfinding and sign system planning, graphic design, prototyping, manufacturing and installation. We have over 30 years experience working with the Interior Design, Architectural and Facility Management communities on literally hundreds of projects throughout all major industry and business segments. Projects have included healthcare facilities (nursing homes, Long Term Care and hospitals); colleges and universities; airport and transportation terminals; hotels; sports facilities & spas; public buildings; and corporate and retail markets.

Help & Support Available
You may not be an expert in specifying or purchasing signage, but you don't have to be. Our experienced team can work with you throughout the planning process as you determine the specific needs of the project and facility users, identify appropriate sign types (informational, directional, identification & safety or security), select graphics, and specify sign colours, materials and finishes to complement other interior detailing. Installation services are also available.

Supporting a Range of Applications
One size doesn't necessarily fit all! Building signage must be flexible enough to support a broad range of content requirements including information, direction, identification and safety and security. Our signage and wayfinding systems have been designed include options for either permanent or changeable text, presenting an integrated look while allowing individual signs to effectively perform their specific functions.

Appearance
Building or facility interiors can range from contemporary to traditional (as well as including everything in between). Proven, practical and minimal, our sign products are designed to integrate easily with any interior finishes. Components have been designed to complement one another in scale, allowing you to mix and match, selecting the right sign for the job every time.

Speed and Ease of Updating
One of the most frequent sights in any office is that of a piece of paper taped up to redirect traffic because a replacement sign hasn't been ordered or delivered. Our products include options which have a 'permanent' appearance but which are actually contain paper or card-stock inserts. Using the graphic program and instructions provided with the signs, updates are can be produced quickly, easily and economically using a standard office computer and printer.

American Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliance
Our signs are manufactured to meet ADA standards and other barrier free requirements for public facilities including raised letters and pictograms, contrasting colours, Grade 2 Braille, installation height, etc.

Maintenance and Durability
Made from powder-coated steel and / or high quality acrylic with silk-screened borders, our signage and wayfinding systems are designed with ease of care in mind. Signs are tough, durable and easily maintained by cleaning and facilities staff.
